Do you have a habitual behaviour that’s bugging you? Is this something you would like to change? Changing a bad habit can change your life. Changing habits is not easy, in fact it is very hard. My approach is to help you see that habits are your responses to your needs. If your habit enables you to feel comforted, relaxed and happy, we can explore alternative ways for you to feel comforted and relaxed so that you can slip out of the habits that you choose to control, and ultimately, remove.

Please note that this does not include habits which are physiological addictions.
